I have been licensed in real estate since 1986 and have worked full-time in Montgomery County since 1990. As a lifelong resident who has raised four children here, I bring a deep, practical understanding of how schools, neighborhoods, commuting, and daily life influence long-term real estate decisions — particularly for families and established homeowners.

I primarily serve Rockville, North Bethesda, Gaithersburg, North Potomac, Potomac, Germantown, Darnestown, and Clarksburg, working most often with sellers, move-up buyers, downsizers, and select relocating clients.
