Is the Montgomery County, MD Real Estate Market going to crash in 2023? There’s no question that 2022 was a tale of 2 years rolled in to 1… At the beginning of the year we had Historic Low Interest Rates in the 3% range. Within 6-7 months we now have the highest Interest Rates we’ve had in 20 years!
