With Mortgage Rates on the Decline… We’re starting to Mortgage Applications Pick Up! So you might be asking yoursefl… “Is now a good time to Buy a Home?” As of the end of January 2023, Home Mortgage Applications have picked up again for the second straight week as Interest Rates continue to decline from the 2022 peak. The MBA Mortgage Bankers Association weekly Mortgage Application Survey shows requests for purchase mortgage applications were up 3% from the week prior but down 39% from the same week last year.
