Will the 2023 Real Estate Market be a Boom or a Bust? Today’s real estate market is one of dual personalities. It’s definitely not a one-size-fits-all marketplace. Everything last year was extremely black and white. Today’s market is nothing but Gray. Today’s market is nothing like what we had last year however, it’s nothing near the doom and gloom that you hear on the media and in social media. I’m seeing just about everything with interest rates going from an all-time low in January of 2022 to the highest interest rates we’ve seen in 20 years and all this happened in nine months! The first month of 2023 in Montgomery County I’m definitely seeing a pickup in buyer activity.
