A recent article by the Wall Street Journal just came out stating that Home Sales were the lowest they’ve been in 30 years! Now that’s a scary statistic! They’re even lower than in 2008. So what does this mean? Are we headed for a crash in 2024? In this video I go over the article, some expert opinions and deliver my opinion as to what I think may happen. It’s tough to tell to be honest, due to it being an election year. However, Interest Rates have been steadily coming down and as the Fed stated, the plan to bring them down more in 2024. So buckle up and see what I think is coming to the Housing Market in 2024!
