A lot has changed over the last 18 months and a lot has really changed over the last 3 months. I will also say as a guy who loves data the data seems to be all over the place! Today we have Interest Rates that are hovering right around 7.5%! This is the highest Interest Rates they’ve been in over 20 years! Of course the Higher Interest Rates are going to weed many of the Home Buyers out of the marketplace. I’m also seeing that if you’re not weeded out you’re Buying Power has been GREATLY DIMINISHED! Based on this information alone, you would think that we’re about to enter another Housing Crash like we saw in 2008. We’re definitely seeing the Market COOL. Today we’re going to separate some of the facts from fear in the Montgomery County.
